Q: What is the check-in and check-out time?
A: Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Additional charges will be applied to your credit card if your room is occupied past 11:00am.
Q: What is the deposit and payment policy?
A: A valid credit card is required and 1 night room, resort fee and tax will be applied to the credit card at time of booking. The remaining balance including additional fees will be charged to the credit card used for your reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival. For advanced purchase and package reservations the remaining balance including additional fees will be charged to the credit card used for your reservation up to 21 days prior to arrival.
Q: What are the additional fees and tax?
A: $20 Resort Fee plus applicable tax per night 12%.

Q: Is valet parking available at the hotel?
A: Yes! Valet parking is available for a cost of $20. This is a one time charge for the duration of your stay, not a daily fee.

A: General reservations must be cancelled no less than 14 days prior to arrival. Advanced purchase and package reservations must be cancelled no less than 21 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of initial deposit.

Q: Are there any special offers for Annual Pass Members?
A: All LEGOLAND Florida Pass Members will receive 10% off bookings with a valid Membership ID card. Restrictions may apply. Memberships must be valid at time of check-in to receive the discount. Reservations including the Annual Pass Member discount can only be made over the phone to validate Annual Pass validity.
Q: Can Annual Pass Members patronize the restaurants in LEGOLAND Hotel?
A: Yes, however, the pool and lobby play areas are exclusive to Hotel guests only.
