Q: Why is there no opening date for the hotel?
A: We have released a general timeframe of when guests can book rooms at the new LEGOLAND Florida Hotel. Per construction updates and changes that can occur with projects of this size, an opening date will be announced at a later time. Guests looking to be the first ones to stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel can select the first dates available right now on www.legolandhotel.com – and will be notified if the opening date is moved up from that timeframe. We are excited to get closer to an opening date here at LEGOLAND Florida Resort and stay tuned for more exciting updates!

Q: What is the check-in and check-out time?
A: Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Additional charges will be applied to your credit card if your room is occupied past 11:00am.
Q: What is the deposit and payment policy?
A: A valid credit card is required and 1 night room and tax will be applied to the credit card at time of booking. The remaining balance including additional fees is due upon arrival.
Q: What are the additional fees and tax?
A: $20 Resort Fee plus applicable tax per night 12%.
Q: What does the Resort Fee include?
A: Parking, Wi-Fi access, local calls, pool towels and nightly children’s entertainment.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: General reservations must be cancelled 21 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of initial deposit of 1 night room and tax. If cancellation occurs during the 21 day window, 1 night room and tax will be forfeited. Advance Purchase reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior in order to receive a full refund of initial deposit of full payment. If cancellation occurs during the 30 day window, 1 night room and tax will be forfeited.
Q: What is the difference between a Themed and Premium Themed Room?
All rooms include:
- LEGOLAND Hotel guests will get early access to select LEGOLAND rides and attractions before the Park opens

A: Standard and Fully Themed Rooms sleep up to 5 - 2 adults and 3 children. Suites sleep up to 7 (max 4 adults).
