Safety First! – While there are many “hands-on” activities at the park, some attractions, such as Miniland, are for viewing enjoyment only. It is the responsibility of each parent or guardian
to supervise those under their care while in the park. Each attraction experience is uniquely different. Ride and attraction participation requirements are determined by the ride dynamics,
the restraint system used, and recommendations made by the manufacturer. Ride and attraction information and restrictions (such as height, health, size and age) are posted at each location.
We appreciate your understanding of our need to provide a safe environment for all our guests.
Guests with Special Needs – Rides, attractions and shows at the park are accessible to disabled guests, depending on the nature of their disability. For more specific information see Guest Services. Details of health restrictions are posted at each ride or attraction. A special brochure is available at Guest Services that outlines our facilities and general access in greater detail. Standard and motorized wheelchairs are available to all guests, whether your rent
or bring your own, however, no other wheeled (motorized or non-motorized) personal transportation devices are allowed at the park (ie- segways or electric bicycles).
Assisted Access Pass- This pass is for guests with disabilities or medical conditions who cannot wait in line. This pass is available at guest services and allows the guest and one escort immediate boarding through the exit line, however, for larger parties to ride together an assigned time to return to the ride will be written on the pass.
Service Animals – Service Animals are welcome in most locations throughout the Park and can accompany a guest via the standard queue up to the loading point. However, due to safety restrictions, service animals are not allowed to accompany a guest on a ride. Service animals must be on a leash at all times. Any show of hostile behavior towards other guests or Model Citizens is unacceptable. Service Animals may not be handled by or left with other guests or Model Citizens.
Parent Swap-LEGOLAND Florida offers our visiting parents, who have children that meet and don’t meet the minimum height restriction, the opportunity to do a “Child Swap” at any ride that parents are allowed to ride. All members of the party are required to wait in line together. When you reach the front, let the ride operator know of your intention, so that he can accommodate you. When the first ride is over, the parents may then switch places and the other parent can then ride with the older child.

Park Rangers patrol all areas of the park and are more than happy to help or advise. No weapons of any kind are allowed on park property. LEGOLAND Florida is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. LEGOLAND Florida reserves the right to search/inspect any item.

Weather Alert! – Due to Central Florida’s tropical climate, thunderstorms occur regularly. In the event of lightning within close proximity to the park, outdoor attractions will be closed for the safety of all guests. Because these storms generally occur in the late afternoon or early evening, we recommend you plan to use this time for souvenir shopping, having an early dinner, or enjoying any of our indoor attractions.
Commercial Photography – All LEGOLAND Florida attractions, rides and LEGO® brick models are protected by copyright. Guests must have written permission to use photographs or videotape of LEGOLAND images for commercial broadcasting, advertising, marketing or publishing in any medium.
